Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Condition requirements: Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping: For non-damaged returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method promptly. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges — if you'd like a different item, you're welcome to place a new order.
Eligible items: All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted.
Item Verification: Each crystal and mineral in our shop is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece with its own natural identifying characteristics. We photograph every item prior to shipment and retain those photos. Returned items will be compared to our original photos to verify they are the exact piece sold. This protects both our customers and our business.
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and follow these important steps:
- Do not discard anything. Keep all packing materials, including bubble wrap, the box or padded envelope, and any other packaging.
- Take clear photos that show the damaged item and packaging — we'll need multiple photos to support the claim.
- We are required to file a claim with USPS, and once that claim is approved, we will issue your refund.
We know this process takes a little extra time and we appreciate your patience — we'll work as quickly as possible to get it resolved for you!
